Mine was originally a California car. Still has the so call N95 Emissions on it with the charcoal canister, fuel vapor separator from the extra 4 tube fuel tank, 3 nipple rocker cover breather, hood insulation pad, locking gas cap and had turned down exhaust tips. All part of the package. However, I added the chrome tips back in the mid 80's.
