What size are the wires? If its 14 AWG, then a 10 - 12 AWG lug would be a perfect fit. If its a 12 AWG, then a 10 AWG lug is a little small, but you would probably be ok.

I have a lot of experience with industrial lugs. We do have some cases that we put two wires into a single lug - put the proper circular mills/area of the wires in the lug and you will be fine. A 14 AWG stranded wire is around 4100 circular mils (cm). 12 AWG is 6500 cm and 10 AWG is 10,400 cm. So that is why a 10 - 12 AWG lug would be a perfect choice if the wires are 14 AWG and it would be a little small if the wires are 12 AWG.

I personally don't think that is a 2 wire lug. I think what looks like a 2 wire lug is actually the crimp method used. I think finding an appropriate crimper would be your most difficult issue. But I could be wrong and it might be a 2 wire lug, but that would not be my first guess.
