This is on a 69 b body with AC fan resistor. The resistor failed and melted the connectors. I have the ones for a single wire, but not sure where to find this one for two wires.

Looks like this but you may need it for 12 or 10 gauge wire to use it for two wires? You might try here? :

You’re right, one for a bigger wire might due if these aren’t available anymore. It looks different than the other ones that came off.

With the right pick tools, needle nose pliers and a little patience I bet you could save that one you have.

Heat or "burn" the insulation away and while it's warm those tabs should bend a little easier and there may even be a little room to get a pick tool under the first crimps with the insulation melted?

It might salvage. If one could be had quickly I thought it would be simpler. Have lots to do before the show.

That is just a standard Packard terminal. Used extensively. Probably could pick up a few at a local auto parts store. Or here,

What size are the wires? If its 14 AWG, then a 10 - 12 AWG lug would be a perfect fit. If its a 12 AWG, then a 10 AWG lug is a little small, but you would probably be ok.
I have a lot of experience with industrial lugs. We do have some cases that we put two wires into a single lug - put the proper circular mills/area of the wires in the lug and you will be fine. A 14 AWG stranded wire is around 4100 circular mils (cm). 12 AWG is 6500 cm and 10 AWG is 10,400 cm. So that is why a 10 - 12 AWG lug would be a perfect choice if the wires are 14 AWG and it would be a little small if the wires are 12 AWG.
I personally don't think that is a 2 wire lug. I think what looks like a 2 wire lug is actually the crimp method used. I think finding an appropriate crimper would be your most difficult issue. But I could be wrong and it might be a 2 wire lug, but that would not be my first guess.
