Best to just buy individual parts and piece it all together
Depends on what you're trying to do. If you are going to build a serious race engine then I'd buy the best parts you can and piece them together. For a street engine one of the kits is the best deal providing that you can find one that gives you the correct compression ratio with the heads you are going to run.
