my brother bought an r/t loaded with every option he could get, [2010 i think] B5 blue, minus the sunroof, [he had a mid 70's duster with one, and it leaked and rattled, thus the no sunroof decision ] and added the stripe delete.
it's been relatively maintenance free with the exception of having something done to the engine concerning the heads [but i don't remember what that was, or how many miles were on it when that happened].
he did tell me 5th and 6th gear were pretty much useless below 110........
i asked him how he knew that, and he said : "someone told him that, and he NEVER tried it himself...... [followed by the "family laugh", indicating, as my old man would say : "What a PREVARICATOR !" - also known in a more "familiar" term, BULL$HITTER. ]
