The reindeer and sleigh are up. I had to do a lot of gluing on the sleigh as it took a lot of abuse over the years. I had to remake a sleigh blade from wood (only had one good piece of plywood, make another later) from two that were broken in many locations. My dad added lights to the reindeer back in the day, plus the red nose for Rudolph. Back in action after 35-40 years in the attic.

They are not as bright in person as from the camera, have the 40W equivalent LED bulb in each.
