several years back I was making less on investments that the interest rate on our mortgage. So i pulled enough cash to pay off the morgages and then made the same monthly mortgage payments to myself. Wasn't long before I had my $$ back. the only loans i am interested in now are at 0% for X Months and they are usually paid off ahead of time
