Problem is. this car has play inside the coupler. I havent pulled it apart yet to see what is loose.
But no amount of clean and pack with grease is gonna fix this one Im afraid
I know you are VERY capable, but where is the wear? That coupler is such a POS design. Everyone replaces the guts but how well does all that fit in the CRUDE, stamped coupler body. There could be a better design. Same pin through the steering shaft but with rollers bearing wheels that ride up and down in CNC machined slots and a screw on cap with o-ring seal. And a zerk
I'd grab that one off Ebay. Cheapest I've seen an Mopar set.
