When he was done I asked "what's replacement parts availabilioty like" and he looked to the floor and sheepishly replied "there aren't any" !!
No sales droid I know has a clue about that. I don't have any problems getting parts for my LG, had it for about 12 years now. But I don;t buy parts from the big box store, which if that is what the droid was thinking is the only way this makes any kind of sense.
