Totally agree ! These are sold by big box stores. When we replaced (all) our appliances a year ago I wasn't going to buy this brand but my wife was "looking" in Lowes and of course a soleperson started giving her the pitch. When he was done I asked "what's replacement parts availabilioty like" and he looked to the floor and sheepishly replied "there aren't any" !! Go to a scrapyard some day and look at all the scrapped appliances ... they're all Samsung or LG I'll take North American or European any day - I won't touch an Asian major appliance !!
