Years ago I ran a couple of Hughes / Engle .904 solid flat-tappet cams with specs in that range (239 at .050 / .540; 246 at .050 / .560; both on 110) that worked well in a mild 440. The smaller cam combination was running around 12.2 at 112; the bigger cam combination was around 11.7 at 117, IIRC. Not an apples-to-apples comparison, but they're in the ballpark IMO.
