The article isn't talking about a Top Speed limiter, but one that signals the driver whenever they exceed the posted limit on the road they're on.
I felt that the headline was a little misleading too. But it was what it was and I posted it that way. I would support this kind of warning system if the driver had the option to toggle it off. But I won't hold my breath.
