My pump gas BB 505 C.I. stroker motor made around 12 HP less on E85 than it did on Oregon 92 octane pump swill but it made 44 Ft.Lbs. more torque on that pump E85 on a DTS engine dyno by changing the fuel and carb. made for E85
My current S/P bracket car runs on straight pump E85 and it is the best thing I've done to any car I have race for bracket racing, deadly consistent from the 1st run in the morning to the last run in the late afternoons, no guessing on how much to change for the D.A.. It will run within .001 to .005 all day long: boogie:
