I’ve bought a lot of different flooring over the years for quite a bit of property. If you seriously have the dough to turn down a free install from Armstrong, I want your setup. As for brands, don’t recall what we used. It varied. Only stuff that really sucked was the cheap builder grade that looked like the glue soaked through after a few years. Really can’t think of any that did that poorly. Had some in a house for many years that didn’t discolor like that. The stuff I put in the rentals to get rid of builder grade garbage all held up fine.
