Anyone ordered filters from this place lately? Communication is lacking and I keep getting the run around when I call. I’ll update this if I ever get my filters…….

Update:
After 1.5 weeks and 4 phone calls and three emails they finally sent me my partial order. They are affiliated with an AG trac store , my order shipped after I had called them with my complaint. Not once did they ever call me back or email.

Hoping I get the rest of my order. The filter I received has a beat up box but the filter looks ok.

Don’t think I’ll purchase again…….not worth the lack of communication and wondering where my order is.
