I guess youtube pays REAL well. Somebody stole his dad's skid steer (I have no idea what they're worth) and he's offering a $300,000 reward. Check this video where he runs down a neighbor who's a petty thief that stole ~ $1,400 worth of ~ 20 items from him. Good job tracking down the thief.
