I've owned 5 slantys of various years. Every single one of them left me stranded. Two of them, neither myself or an actual mechanic could figure out what the heck was wrong with them (both were in PU's). In disgust, one truck ended up with a sledgehammer thru the windshield then sent to the crusher. The other was sold off for pennies on the dollar because emission laws at the time would have made a V8 swap too much.

I'm not gonna bash on someone if they can make it work, but, I'll never own another (unless I was doing a V8 swap).
