BTW...I went stick built. Cost (materials of all types) was a driving factor. 2011, 40X50 stick built, $13k (2X6 walls, insulation {walls and celling] trusses, Doors, Vinyl siding, architectural shingles) Another $13k for masonry, $10K electrical, heat and interior finish.
