Heck, appliances are junk in 5-10 years now. I don't buy high end furniture - would be cheaper to buy new than the hassle of moving it. I shop at Lands End and Carhart. 1/2 the stuff in my closet/dresser I don't wear anyway. I own one suit for weddings and funerals. Guess I'd take that.

Wife and I looked at a house a couple months back. I told the wife if we put in an offer I'd tell them I want all their furniture if they want to do the sale. Much nicer stuff that our Salvation Army rejects
