I believe that because they would not want to shame the Mustang, just like fiat killing the newer darts, ive one bought new thats great, then this latest F job but Fiat was making so little on them and they were making alot on the challengers and jeeps, they had planned a dart srt cart even and if one looks at the sportier darts they were ahead of the loop and still alot of whats found in the newer srt-s features started in the darts.

I wonder what the ratio to non srt challengers to srt versions were produced and sold?

Its been proven over and over companies will kill good cars because the bottom line is $$$$ which is really smart business imo.


No conspiracy, they killed the dart and 200 because they made very little, if any profit off them, meanwhile they were selling every capacity constrained Jeep and Ram they could make and would make more money building more of those on the dart/200 assembly line.
