jcc OP If you can't dazzle em with diamonds.. J Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 22,709 Bitopia	So my application is more performance then longevity oriented. I also work more with SS and tig weld everything. The weight difference is noticeable, a little more pain to weld, and I likely will exhaust wrap a bit of the tubing, Not sure if there is much price difference between the two gauges. I be welding purchased mandrel bends, so I don't have to bend anything. I'm leaning towards 18g. Anything I am missing? Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
