I've found that my carburetor is not fully open when the pedal is floored. It seems to me that the problem is the throttle arm on my Demon carb needs to travel 2.5 inches to reach fully open and my throttle cable has only 2.25 inches of travel before it bottoms out. It is not an issue of pedal travel, its that the cable itself only has 2.25" of travel. Has anyone else had this problem and found a good solution? Does anyone know of a stock type throttle cable that has a bit more travel?
