You know I looked at my bike today when I took the trash out. Maybe Ill take it out for a ride tomorrow. I haven't actually weighed myself I just feel like I'm getting heavy. My beer and coffee intake is about a third of normal but I've been using my Treager a lot lately cleaning out the freezer . Gus
