May want to look at that again, the one on Hamtramck doesn't say that. Regardless, I have seen the letter that exempted 66 only. If you look at the parts book, service manual, Carter Books, the carbs exist along with CAP distributors for Hemi in 67. 68 up everything was CAP. That is not really the question, more interest in how may CA Hemis and how many 4 speed.
