WOW! That truck takes me back to the 1974 Chicago Auto Show. I was 18 and the truck on display was very much like the one pictured. Green over almond(?), club cab adventurer with off road tires on aluminum slot type wheels. May have had a snowplow mounted. This was the exact moment I fell for Dodge pickups, which continues to this day with my 2015 power wagon. I often wondered if that truck still survives. Maybe this one? Anyone else remember that show?
