Only buy the more expensive TrickFlow head option if the valve springs that come with that option are right for your cam.
The cost is the springs & retainers they are providing.
This is not a 5 minute exercise, your exact cam grind and spring requirements need to be used. Spring installed height, etc.
You can find the PAC for Trickflow valve spring chart and the springs that come with each option to make a determination.
