Hi all,

My car came with a six-pack induction system. For some reason, a previous owner milled down the choke tower on the center carb, so I don't have a choke. My climate is pretty mild, but I still sometimes need a little help during cold winter starts. I'm thinking about installing a cable-operated throttle, so I can increase engine rpm a bit during warm-up, then lower it back down to normal idle after a few minutes. Just curious to know if anyone here has done this, and how they went about it. Would also like to see what you used for cable, sources, etc. Thanks for any suggestions.

Roger
