That is just the normal Hemi tick, been going on since 2003... My particular Hemi tick is the right year exhaust manifold bolt that is broken, once it starts to warm up it goes away. $200 deductible on my lifetime powertrain warranty on my 2015 Ram may fix it, but they said if they cannot remove it they may have to take the head off! I just live with it...
