That is why I brought attention to it. It doesn't make sense unless they are selling the kit for race only conditions for newer vehicles. Procharger has tunes for theirs that may make them compatible with the emissions systems.
What makes an item legal for use on 75 and newer vehicles is going thru the approval process to get a CARB EO number or certifying, under the CARB rules, that it is a replacement part that does not change remissions.
Nothing else. Procharger may have the greatest tune in the world and makes the exhaust safer than a unicorn fart, but unless it has an EO number it's not legal.
