Its funny you say that, when I was the one that ran to a guys aid while in the staging lanes still with stitches after a recent surgery and I put out his carb fire...I paid for that I can tell you.

No, its bad, and I could not imagine if it were my car. But if I race, I have an extinguisher in the car. It always worries me it won't be enough.

The common thing I noticed in many of the clips:

-No extinguisher at all....Or water, even worse yet.
-No one shuts off the power...
-Trying to re-start the engine after it flooded and it still has the NOS armed...
-And a good percentage seemed to have no clue at all....
