When my rough bored 1994 R1 block was bored, Tesar Race Engines had to aquire an indexing fixture from Arrington, that was made to print specs. I see the Rmc V3 probes and compares to print. As far as sonic checking, yes, I'm sure they do. Good luck with what sounds like a good, solid platform.
