If you wanted to keep the magnum EFI, its hard to beat the Hot Wire harness. At just over $1,000 it is a stand alone harness that requires 4 wire to be connected for use. This is sooo true. I love my Hotwire Harness. I also love the SCT handheld tuner and custom tunes from a competent tuner. My 5.9 Magnum based 408 spins out nearly 500 hp & 630 ft lbs of torque at the crank. That coupled with a 3800 stall converter, a 200R4 4 speed automatic w lock-up converter, 3.91 gears and Nitto Drag Radials make my 3700 lbs '68 get up and boogie.
