I picked up a used craftsman decades ago. Still working, but sorta loud. It runs one tool at a time, fills tires and air toys for the beach, and still gets the job done sand-blasting. Just need to wait for it every now and then.
I'd be looking at Estate or garage sales. No need to spend big money for your purposes.
