2 sources I know and referred to got their RO cars directly from Plymouth and were on The Program.

I know personally two original owners of 65 Dodges.
While working on an A990 car I quizzed them numerous times about a lot of little details. The park discussion came up and both said without hesitation their cars had park. As a foot note they also said the batteries in each car were mounted differently. One longitudinal to the frame and the other perpendicular. I also know the original owner of the dealer that sold one of the cars. An interesting foot note there is he told me when they got the car they were out in the street raising hell with it and it got away from from one of them and the engine expired itself on the road. Chrysler would not cover it so he ate it.
