Not getting it either . Didnt the race/scoop setups use a cross ram with velocity stacks sealed to underside of bonnet cut oyt holes ?

The factory WO/RO 23 system used an aluminum plate the required cutting essentially all of the hood bracing out, indeed, it didn't have any provision for an air cleaner, race only, no good for a street car.
