I just did some work on a 70 Challenger with deluxe seat beats. According to the guy here on the board that restores belts, the 70 deluxe and 71 up are slightly different because of the buttons. This one had the seat belt bezel right beside the reverse light on the lower dash. Mastershake, does your Challenger have the seat belt retracter under the carpet like most 70 cars or the plastic encased unit like on a 71.
My seatbelt retractors are under the carpet like other '70s. Here is a picture showing my dash.
