Works fine, however in a true race application I would think you`d need a playback or record it with a Go-Pro or something. twocents Things happens too fast to be watching on a run. I play on the street and look at it in high gear at the track. scope [/quote

yes. I would think looking at it in high gear would be a pretty good indicator of what's going on. Because once you get it jetted correctly you should be good to go.

What he is trying to say is.. on a race car running
on top end you dont get anytime to be watching a
meter.. you need a recorder to the watching for you
so look into one that will record
wave

When you're racing yes you don't have time but in time trials you got time to look down

It depends on the car and driver work
How fast is your car and what length track are you racing on?
As far as using and retaining the reading visually in the car at the track, DON'T do that tsk Innovate as well as other companies offer systems that you can use the record option when driving and then download that information onto a laptop at the races or at home to be able to focus entirely on what your wanting to look at in details without worrying about make the turn out or the other car in the lane next to you work
I bought the LM1 with the RPM option when they first came out, it was a single probe system so I had to move the sensor to the other side to read that side, pain in the rear runaway Innovate came out with their LC1 add on option and I bought it up That would allow me to read both sides at the same time but I had to view the #2 side on the computer, not on the little screen on the unit in the car unless I switched the sensor plugs around to reverse them to see the #2 sensor on the screen down I was running a six pack on my 518 C.I. pump gas low deck stroker back then, I later swapped heads and intake to M.W. size and a single four barrel intake.
I did learn from testing that my needles and seats in most of the Holley Dominator carbs.(5 different ones) I tested and tuned on the car needed at least .120 needles and seats, not the .110 that they came with back then to be able to fatten the jetting up enough on pump gas or race gas to slow the car down on the MPH in the 1/4 mile shock work I also found out that you can mess up a fuel system with good parts a lot of different ways whistling Do not use a 10 micron fuel filter in between the tank and pump tsk
Never assume anything when it comes to high performance engines or race parts tsk
Good luck on your deal, more information can only help you make better decisions on your racing scope
