There are differences that matter like EGR or not as well as the number and size of the vacuume ports on both sides of the manifold.

There are differences that don't really matter like how big the divider in the plenum is or isn't.

As far as performance they are all about the same.

I wouldn't use the hughes plate, they are aluminum and as such will conduct more heat from the hot oil slinging around on the bottom of it to the air going in the cylinders and the problem is bad enough as is (causes detonation and reduces power). Maybe get it ceramic coated on both sides or something if you just have to have it but in my experience you can seal the plenum with getting it very clean and oil free and adding a light coat of "rightstuff" to both sides of the gasket before installing it.
