From a 2006, it should be the AAM as mentioned. I think they have helical limited slip? I haven't seen one converted for use in the cars, but looks like a nice alternative to the Dana 60.
I read in one of the SAE journals about the AAM Quantum axles are making the rear diffs lighter, stronger, and more efficient for the new trucks, but look totally different:
