Twice this year, I have had to remove the beauty ring and re-center the air valve in the center of the hole. I tried rotating the ring by hand and it will not rotate. Does this mean that the tire is rotating on the wheel?
This is a new 15x8 wheel with Nitto 275 on the rear. The air pressure was 24psi both times it has happened. I am now trying 28psi.
