OP: You're running a 12" clutch? You will never be able to use up that clutch. Keep it. IIRC there weren't any passenger cars built with 12" clutches. It's a truck piece.

The Borg&Beck 11" and 12", plus the diaphragm 11" and 12" use the same flywheelbolt pattern. That's how I put the 12" clutch into my D100 instead of the stock 11".

The only problem with a 12" clutch disk is that it makes the synchronizers work harder. The 12" disk has more rotating inertia and so it's harder to slow it down or speed it up during the shifts.

The 11" would be better in that respect. You wouldn't even have to change the pressure plate.

But in the end, I think you should keep the $$$ and use it for something more important, like chrome valve covers!
