They slid in a new disclaimer at the front of Super Pro (section 4 A) of the 2009 rule book which is on Page 58 and it states " Any vehicle except ET motorcycle running faster than 135 MPH must meet the minimum requirement for 9.99 second vehicles "including driver credentials and protective clothing" That last part is the new addition. So that means that all of you Super Street guys that run at 10.90 and 145 MPH, but don't have a license will need one now. That rule has been in effect for S/ST for several years now. No news there.
