Some people run thin wheel spacers when an "off the shelf" wheel doesn't quite fit. I always thought that these spacers would be an easy way to get a little extra clearance without having to use a wheel spacer.

Instead of an 1/8" wheel spacer, you could use the camber spacers(move bottom of tire out) and adjustable UCAs.(to move the top of the tire out)
