In the former case, it's not hard to do at all.
Just take a few pictures and if you have lines to copy even better.
If it isn't right do it again.
Faster and cheaper, + you did it.

Second case, even easier, just send money , wait, get new parts installed.
If they don't fit or look right blame manufacturer.
