C body brakeline kits - 09/13/17 03:43 PM

Where can I get new brake lines for a 74 Fury? Year One and Classic have B body stuff. Will that work? Or just build them from scratch. Thanks

PS Put a new Firm Feel suspension all the way around on the Bluesmobile. Very nice stuff and great folks to work with.

There is one vendor who, if you take your old lines, will make new ones from your oldies. Someone will chime in I'm sure.

I think Fine Lines may be the place. And they do have a bunch of c body lines....

I always just make my own.
By the time you find something and get it shipped,
you could have been enjoying the ride.

I find it hard to believe entire companies exist over most people's fear of learning to use a cheap and easy tool: a brake line flaring tool kit.....

Have plenty of those but it's called TARP.

How you like the Penguin reading instructions?

Fine Lines should make lines for your car. Sometimes they have free shipping specials. Ask them about it.

"need to as" to explain perfection...
Nice.

Don't get mad.
No malice intended.

Some folks like to work on their cars, others like to throw money at them.
To each his own.

In the former case, it's not hard to do at all.
Just take a few pictures and if you have lines to copy even better.
If it isn't right do it again.
Faster and cheaper, + you did it.

Second case, even easier, just send money , wait, get new parts installed.
If they don't fit or look right blame manufacturer.
