Yes, according to them you can cut it with water or water / glycol mix. Of course this will lower the boiling point, but how high do you need it? surely not 345*, which is what they are advertising for straight Evans coolant. I never had a boiling issue to start with ( or hot soak problem ) using my water / glycol mix. Higher operating temps can lead to other issues (detonation for one)that I don't need. I will probably go back to my old mix with a water wetter additive. Seemed to work best. On another note, I am now running a separate trans cooler ( out from the lower rad tank). Although this change had to help, it's too small to measure any change on my temp gauge.
