The 5.9 has a different bellhousing pattern than the 4.7 (4.7 has same pattern as a Hemi).
IIRC, the 5.9 would bolt up to the 4.7 mounts.

BTW, a Hemi would be sweet but from what I can find, it is a LOT of work. shocked

The LA, magnum, 4.7 and 3rd Gen hemi all have the same bellhousing bolt pattern.
