You could get a Indy 440-2 and have Indy (or someone else) drill the bungs for injectors.

The Mopar 337 intake is MW size and low profile and it is semi-machined for injectors. But they are hard to find since Mopar Performance didn't really understand how good that manifold was.

If you can find a 337 intake somewhere and have it finished for port injection you would have a killer setup that would fit under a flat hood.
