I'm going through the same thing right now, motor has been sitting since 1976 but is the matching numbers block to my car. I have had it soaking for over 4 months and no luck. we decided this weekend they are coming out one way or another, drilling, chiseling, or what ever it takes. I have to get started on my motor.
