RR had weeks to get some seat time in any fast car. He didn't lift a wrench to build it. So basically he's a mouth with money.......not impressed.
He straight up said he's not a builder or driver during the episode. I do get that part where he;s about the money, but who wouldn't want to drive that car! No way I spot the cash and let someone else drive it.
To the post above with the rules... apparently they talked on the phone and agreed on other rules, according to Chief.
